Policies
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return of any piece, no reason required. The item must be unworn, complete and in its original packaging. You may also request a refund under this policy and applicable law.
Returns must be shipped to the same origin / return address we provide after you request a return — the home the order shipped from. We do not accept returns sent to any other address. We email instructions (and a label when applicable). Returns to the wrong address or without a prior request may not be processed and remain the customer's responsibility.
Go to Orders in your account (or contact us with your order number), choose "Return" and follow the instructions. After we receive and inspect the piece, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. If there is a defect or our error, return shipping is our responsibility.
To exchange size or piece, the fastest path is to return and place a new order. This ensures the item you want does not sell out while an exchange is processed.
For hygiene reasons, worn earrings and ear cuffs are not eligible for return unless defective. Manufacturing defects are always exchanged or refunded. We do not accept used, misused, incomplete items or items without original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
