These terms govern use of The Giorgia website and purchase of products offered on it. By placing an order, you accept these terms as in force on the date of purchase.
The Giorgia is the trading name of Métodos e Etapas Unipessoal Lda, with registered office at Rua Maria Telles Mendes N13 2drt, 2770-120 Paço de Arcos, Portugal. Email: support@thegiorgia.com. Phone: +351 931 678 298. We are the seller of record (payment, customer support and returns). We are an online-only shop: there is no public store, pickup desk or visitor address. The registered office is not open to the public. Orders are dispatched by fulfilment partners on our behalf.
All prices include VAT at the legal rate. We accept credit and debit cards, MB Way, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely; we never store your full card details.
On the site we show dispatch in 3 to 7 business days. In detail: after payment confirmation, the order is dispatched in 3 to 7 business days; door-to-door is typically 7 to 11 business days (dispatch plus carrier). Timeframes are estimates and not a guarantee of an exact arrival date. The Giorgia is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or force majeure. Orders are dispatched by fulfilment partners on our behalf.
The Returns and Shipping policies apply: 30 days after delivery to request a return; the piece must go back to the origin address we provide; you may request a refund under law and policy. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the piece.
All pieces carry a 3-year legal conformity warranty. Manufacturing defects are resolved by exchange or refund, at your choice.
In case of dispute, the consumer may use the competent alternative dispute resolution body. These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
