After payment confirmation, the order is dispatched in 3 to 7 business days. Door-to-door delivery is typically 7 to 11 business days (dispatch plus carrier). You receive tracking by email once the order ships.
The Giorgia is the seller: the contract, payment, customer support and returns are our responsibility. Orders are prepared and dispatched by fulfilment partners on our behalf — we do not operate our own stock warehouse in Lisbon. The company business address is not the dispatch point for every order.
